Michael is a developer of urban infill projects, including “for sale” townhome projects as well as multi-family and mixed-use projects. For over 35 years, Michael has devoted his legal practice exclusively to commercial transactions, primarily representing real property owners and developers. Michael has served on numerous professional and charitable boards. He was elected by his peers to serve on the Executive Committee of the Washington State Bar Association Real Property, Probate & Trust Section. He has been named a Super Lawyer by Washington Law and Politics Magazine. He has been identified as a Top-Rated Lawyer in Corporate Real Estate Law by The American Lawyer. Michael has also been recognized as one of Seattle’s best lawyers by SeattleMet magazine. Michael currently serves as the President of Mt. Baker Hub Alliance, the association of local businesses, associations, and residents for Seattle’s North Rainier Neighborhood
Robert Spitzer is an experienced real estate developer, business/real estate lawyer, real estate development lender and entrepreneur based in Seattle. He received his B.A. from Stanford University (1976) and his Juris Doctorate from Columbia University (1980), and taught real estate law in the Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program of the University of Washington from 1994 - 2016. Robert has developed single family homes and congregate care facilities in the Seattle area since 1988. The portfolio of retirement units was sold in 2016 for a total price of $78 Million. He and Michael Ross are the developers of Stazione25. He owns a manufacturing business located in Vancouver, British Columbia and was a principal with the International law firm of Garvey Schubert Barer until 2019, when it merged with Foster Pepper LLLP to become Foster Garvey PC, where he continues to practice.
Suzanne Zahr is a Licensed Architect and General Contractor with 24 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in delivering complex portfolios of real estate assets for leading companies, as Amazon.com & Starbucks Coffee Company. She received her Structural Engineering degree from The George Washington University (1994) and her Master of Architecture from Columbia University (1997). Suzanne served as an adjunct professor of architecture at the University of Washington (UW) from 2002 – 2005 and completed the UW Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program in 2009. Suzanne has been the principal owner of her firm, Suzanne Zahr, Inc. since 2002, where she has led numerous project from site selection to certificate of occupancy. More recently, Suzanne expanded her team to include Construction Management, as SZ Build, offering comprehensive Design/Build services.
Shannon Carver is an experienced Development Manager with a background in property management, construction management and procurement. Her organizational skills and insightful feedback is valued throughout the real estate development process, from site selection through design & construction.
