Michael D. Ross, Esq. | Principal
For over 35 years, Michael Ross has devoted his legal practice exclusively to commercial transactions, primarily representing real property owners and developers. Michael is a founding member of the law firm of Ross Law Advisors PLLC, and he has been distinguished as a Super Lawyer by Washington Law and Politics Magazine regularly since 2004. Michael is actively involved as a real estate developer of urban infill projects including “for sale” townhome projects in Seattle as well as multi-family and mixed use projects. Current projects include Stazione25, a 301-unit multifamily project adjacent to Seattle’s popular light rail station, and 725 Broadway, a transportation oriented development in Tacoma, WA.
Robert B Spitzer, Esq. | Principal
Robert Spitzer is an experienced real estate developer, business/real estate lawyer, real estate development lender, and entrepreneur based in Seattle. He received his undergraduate degree at Stanford University (1976) and his Juris Doctorate from Columbia University in 1980. He taught real estate law in the Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program of the University of Washington from 1994 - 2016. Robert has developed single family homes and congregate care facilities in the Seattle area since 1988. The portfolio of retirement units was sold in 2016 to Capital Seniors Housing, backed by the Carlyle Group, for a total price of $78 Million. Along with Michael Ross, he is one of the developers of Stazione25. He is also the owner of a manufacturing business located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and has been a shareholder in the international law firm of Garvey Schubert Barer, based in Seattle, Washington since 1990.
Suzanne Zahr, AIA | Principal
Suzanne Zahr is a Licensed Architect and General Contractor with 20+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in delivering complex portfolios of real estate assets for leading companies, such as Amazon.com & Starbucks Coffee Company. She received her undergraduate degree in Structural Engineering at The George Washington University and her Master of Architecture from Columbia University in 1997. Suzanne completed the Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program of the University of Washington in 2009. She also served as an adjunct professor of architecture at the University of Washington from 2002 – 2005. Suzanne has been the principal owner of her firm, Suzanne Zahr, Inc. since 2002, where she has led numerous project from site selection to certificate of occupancy. More recently, Suzanne expanded her team to include Construction Management, as SZ Build, Inc., offering comprehensive Design/Build services.
